How to Print Multiple Passport Photos on A4

If you already have a correctly prepared passport photo and need several physical copies, a print sheet is easier than placing each copy by hand. VedhaVertex calculates the layout from the selected photo size and A4 orientation.

Start with a finished passport photo

The print sheet should be the last preparation step. First make sure the individual photo has the correct dimensions and framing for your application. Then use the print-sheet tool to create multiple physical copies.

This keeps the photo itself separate from the paper layout, so you can change the number of copies or paper arrangement without rebuilding the crop.

1. Upload the photo

Open the Passport Photo Print Sheet and choose the finished photo. The tool is intended for placing multiple copies on a sheet rather than correcting the original passport-photo composition.

Open the Passport Photo Print Sheet.

Open the tool

2. Choose the paper and copy settings

Choose the available paper/layout option and the number of copies you need. The layout should preserve the intended physical photo size rather than stretching the photo to fill the page.

3. Review the sheet before downloading

Check that every required copy is present and that the spacing gives you room to cut the photos apart. If the sheet spans multiple pages, check the complete output rather than relying only on the first preview.

4. Print at 100% / Actual Size

A correct print file can still come out at the wrong physical size if the printer dialog scales it. When the print dialog offers it, choose Actual Size or 100% and avoid Fit to Page or Fill Page for a layout that already has physical dimensions.

For an important application, print one copy first and measure it before producing a larger batch.
